Our courses are tailored to meet today's busy lifestyle.
Here at Sheba we are able
to offer you practical study weekends, coupled with good accommodation and
truly exquisite food at a reasonable cost. We are able to do this
because we utilize the abundance of A.l. hotels in Llandudno, who will cater for your needs, as
they have catered for people since before Lewis Carroll penned "Alice
in Wonderland". Llandudno is renowned for its beauty, mild climate, and
hospitality. We don't have costly premises to maintain and we are able to pass a considerable saving on to you! All
courses
whether stated or not, include----- Friday --- You can take up
residence in your designated hotel any time after 4pm. Evening meal at a
local restaurant will be served around 7pm. This very much depends on the time everybody
arrives. If you are going to arrive late we will arrange something with your hotel
as regards to food.---- Saturday --- full English breakfast will be served. Your evening meal will be a Mezza at a local
Taverner. (please note evening
meals do not include drinks.) -----Sunday---- Full English breakfast will be
served,. and
a sandwich will be served at afternoon break. If you have any special dietary
needs due to preference or necessity, please state well in advance and they will
be catered for. If you are traveling by train and choose to give us a proposed
arrival time, we can send you the train times. If by road it is possible for us
to send you the route. These courses are very intensive so our aim is to make the time
you spend with us as smooth and stress free as possible. There are no more than
six students per tutor. We are a phone call or an E-mail away if you have problems.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Our HOLISTIC MASSAGE is all encompassing, mind body spirit. The aims of the
course are to learn how to relax the mind, heal the body, and uplift the spirit,
by way
of a hands on experience." The Holistic Massage Experience."
This course consists of three practical weekends here in Llandudno,
coupled with home study. Provided you keep up with the home study you
should arrive at a level of competence enabling you to treat the general
public. Anatomy and Physiology except Egyptian " Bab Sahatain "
REFLEXOLOGY ( who
must also study the nervous system) are standard as set out below.

[3] The Endocrine System. .
ESSENTIAL OIL
Aromatherapy plays a big part in holistic's, therefore we will teach you
the properties of three essential oils, one top, one middle and one base
note,plus one carrier oil.
The course is graded on continuous assessment, our
Diploma is awarded on completion of the course. We can arrange your insurance if you wish, though you
are under no obligation should you choose to make alternative arrangements.
All diplomas are numbered and all our students are enrolled in, " THE SOCIETY OF PROFESSIONAL HOLISTIC
HEALERS," free of charge. There are three weekends of practical sessions spread over
four months.
The cost of this course is £220 per weekend including B+B and evening
meal.
